Very extensive and long interview(7 hours)Meet with 7-8 departments managers , directors and Vice Presidents,extremely , felt extremely uncomfortable as most of the departments heads were very outspoken negatively about the new person in charge of the company, job posted as a production manager when reality is they are looking for a plant manager

Initial screening with virtual screening interview with GM and HR. Followed by Onsite Interviews with peer level managers and GM. Completed with virtual interview with VP after onsite interviews with peer level manages.
