Very similar to what others have described. The phone interview was mostly HR focused questions, with a few more substantial questions ("what makes you a good fit for this position?"). Also talked about the process post phone screen and described what next steps would be.

There was a phone screening call after a few weeks of submitting the application. There were a lot of questions about interest in the job and position. Harder than expected but the interviewer was lovely
