The process took over 2 months, there was 1 phone interview followed by 2 teams interview and 1 -3 hr onsite interview, after all this they moved with an internal candidate. The questions were basic and almost the same at every stage of interview. The company really needs to improve the process. After every stage of interview and multiple follow up emails with the recruiter you would get a response. the communication was overall very poor and rude. There was one point they dint want to be flexible with the schedule and even said , we couldn’t wait a week since we have other qualified candidates. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a serious move
