Don't do the take-home assessment. It is a lot and they treat it like a project they want to launch to their production. They won't bother to review the code with you and see the way you think, which is what matters most. Why will you let someone do a take-home assessment without having time to review the code with them? They will just send a rejection at the end for no reason after spending a lot of hours on the take-home assessment. Lot of red flags i wish i see before doing the take-home assessment

Interview with hiring manager was standard, but they mislead what the next interview would be like. No indication that it would be a technical interview, rather they mentioned it would be a "culture fit" type of interview. Furthermore, 30 minutes for a technical interview is not enough time, the two interviewers showed up late to an already short interview window and rushed the process incredibly. Not professional nor respectful whatsoever.
