The interview process is GREAT! As a candidate, the waiting process would be very painful. Checkout is the most efficient company that I ever met. It only takes 3 weeks from submitting the application until signing the contract.
Would like to special thanks to my recruiter, Jessica Cromwell from the UK office. Her fast response with clear and sharp messages and answers make me know this company is definitely worth to work for.

- 4 stage interview process - The first two stages are straight forward interview questions to check it is a right fit - The third stage is a case study presentation, key is to focus on the data and what improvements you would make - The fourth stage is with senior management and is just dotting the i's and crossing the t's, a culture fit

Contacted via email to arrange first stage, telephone interview with Recruitment was very straightforward. Second stage with hiring manager was the hiring manager telling me about the company, their expectations etc. There was no real structure to the interview and I didn't have much opportunity to actually speak abut myself, skills,experience etc.
