I had two calls in total with senior commercial leaders about typical stuff - e.g. career history, why I'm interested in Checkout, why I left previous role etc. Overall, it was a very positive experience even though I was disappointed in the final outcome as I really want to work at Checkout. I believe in what Checkout is building and I even sent them an unsolicited merchant referral from my personal network after getting rejected! Also, the internal talent team and the external recruiter they used (2B Talent Solutions) were all top notch, which is why I decided to write a review here. Wish every company handled the job seeking process so smoothly.
