They sent me an online exam on Codility, almost 3 hours long. It was fairly easy and I thought I did well. A few minutes after submitting it, I was notified through email that I didn't pass, and they refused to give any feedback.

Felt in the director part - had a very deep understanding of security and system design flow and bottleneck.
