Phone interview, plus F2F with HR and a Director, and F2F with CEO. Process was very straightforward and pragmatic. Friendly and down-to-earth people. Offer and paperwork came through very quickly.

Entretien
First Stage - Really fun and informative introduction to the company by a group of existing employees (varied seniority level) followed by being split up into a group of 5 for a group scenario activity and a presentation. If you make it through the group interview then you get invited to a 1-1 interview which was really relaxed and conversational.

Entretien
Stage 1: Phone interview with a recruiter, standard questions such as Why Chaucer? Why do you want to be a consultant etc.
Stage 2: in person conversation with HR team, very similar to the phone interview in terms of questions
Stage 3: case study and interview with two consultants. Case was challenging but nothing out of the ordinary.

Two interviews . First a meet and greet and once passed, then a second round interview which is task based. this can be one-one or group depending on how many people they are recruiting
