I applied online and got a call back for an interview within 2 days. The man who interviewed me really liked the sound of his own voice so as long as you sit, listen and nod in agreement with everything he says, then you've got the job. The actually do a shift where you shadow someone and if you are still interested in the job you just call them within a couple days and let them know. If not, no hard feelings. That was the part that I loved.
