Quick process, called in for an interview. Branch and Assistant Manager conduct it. Ask you basic questions such as "why chase?". Also, the "have you ever dealt with a difficult customers" etc. Tips of advice, wear a blue button up shirt or blouse! Also, emphasize your experience with cash and customer service.

A face-to-face over the computer. The first interview was great and I went on to the second interview. I did not get the position and of course they do not say why.

The interview process was easy. There were 2 interviews before I was hired and the onboarding process was a breeze. I did have to go do a drug test and a background check which was a little time consuming
It was ok and could have been better. Not sure if I got the job or not. Seems like they were in a rush to pick someone. I think there’s better jobs out there.
