It was a 3 interview process. First, with the Training Manager, then with the other trainer and finally I was asked to do a 10 presentation to a group of the leadership. There were about 12. I chose the topic and then I had to present for 10 minutes with a 15 seconds d leeway, I had to have a handout and a knowledge check. At the conclusion, there was an open Q&A and I took lots of questions from the group.
