Online application first, then got a phone call to schedule a formal phone interview. Although the lady didn't have enough experience to run a branch yet, she was impressed by my customer service and customer relationship skills and refered me to a branch manager for another role. Very grateful for her willingness to help me find something else instead of cutting me out.

First interview with the District Manager for the area applying to, second interview with a different District Manager and final interview with the Market Manager. Each interview had similarities but was essentially different in the way interacted and engaged and became advanced from person to person. The market manager has to approve as the final decision.
