Apply online first , then interview by the assistant branch manager. Second, interviewed by branch manager. lastly, interviewed by the district manager of the company as a three procedural step process of interviews. therefore , if the process of the interviews goes well , then the abm manager will call you that u got the job . Before the process of the interviews occur after applying online, you will be put on the waiting list for at least 6 months prior to being called upon by a manager of a branch.

Well it was very casual. Asked for basic information on past experience and education. Asked if I was comfortable handing money and interacting with customers. Very easy and similar to what you would expect from a retail position
Interview was quick. Interviewed with HR and then the branch the branch manager. Interview questions were STAR method questions and asked about past customer service experience. They take you around and introduce you to others at the branch

not bad at all, quite lengthy the human recourse lady was helpful and I got to ask a lot of questions. they would ask you about your last job expereince and also expectations
