I applied online and got an email to confirm the interview within a couple of days. I interviewed both with the branch manager as well as the direct supervisor. The atmosphere seemed very intense. The branch manager was simultaneously asking me questions and keeping an eye on the other bankers as well. During the interview, she marched out to give instructions to one of the relationship bankers. It seemed like everyone was scared of her and afraid to breathe in her company...

Entretien
Three interviews: phone, in person with branch manager, final phone call with regional manager/market director. Questions mostly behavioral and related to experience as a teller, and whether I was comfortable with warm calling.

The interview process was very good and asks a lot of questions about sales experience or banking experience. If you’re licensed that is a plus. Recruiter called, then met with hiring manager and another branch manager. Total process took about 3-4 weeks

Standard interview process. Met a few personnel & the manager, got a feel for how the branch interacted with one another. Professional, nothing out of the ordinary for a role of this type.
