Was interviewed in a room with 2 members of management, this included a role play where a 3rd employee called the phone in the room on speaker for them to hear how you would react to situations on your feet, situational questions, if you pass that you have a second interview with another person of management who basically goes over expectations of your role, expectations you may have for salary, more random questions but if you made it there you already have it. Then you meet with the recruiter who does an overall review of your offer and she gives instructions for next steps: badge photos etc
