It was smooth process. Pretty informal but the company was explained. First step was email communications, then in person interview; discussed company culture. Then next step was a delayed offer of employment.

Initial telephone call followed by video calls with multiple partners to discuss position, salary and caseload. We also discussed prior experiences at other Firms and possible career path for the position being hired for.

I was brought in after meeting a couple of attorneys outside of a formal process. It is great to be able to start working so quickly. My interview became more of a try out over. Unfortunately, it was not a good fit for the firm or I and we parted ways.
