The interview process was a mess. I talked to multiple people who were going to be my “regional director”. After the final interview I reached out a few times and got no response. They string you along for 8 different zoom calls and in person interviews. Keep in mind big pharma companies/biotech or med device companies don’t even do this. Young company but don’t seem to value loyalty. They brought in an outside regional director who couldn’t answer my questions. When we interviewed he had worked there for 2 days. You’re letting someone that new select who works for you? With no experience within the company. I wasn’t offered but I’m thankful I wasn’t because I ended up getting offered a better opportunity. Best of luck to anyone looking to work for Charlie Health, great mission poor execution.

Extensive but for a reason. Initial exploratory call with recruiter, formal interview with direct supervisor and then another with the regional supervisor. Plus a case study/mock pitch that they score. Only 2% of applicants make it through

The process ended up being a lot more intense than I expected. In about a week, I went through four interviews, a very long behavioral assessment (200 questions), and had to prepare a mock pitch.
Everyone I spoke with was kind, but the overall process felt like a lot for one role, especially on such a tight timeline. It required a pretty big time commitment and some last minute schedule changes on my end.

Basic interview with a recruiter for screening. I was told I would be moving onto the next round, but received a rejection email a few days later. Terrible communication from my recruiter, very fake and misleading.
