Before any official interview, you get a quick phone screening call with a recruiter to ensure your experience and values align with that of the company. From there, there's about 2 rounds of interviews with upper management where you have to do a mock intake call for one. They provide the example form for you to use. If you are bilingual, this gets taken into consideration. I did not proceed with the full process, but it seems it is very thorough.

I’ve interviewed 3 times. I meet, even exceed all required job duties and I never make it past the recruiter. I receive an immediate denial each time. Interview is very straight forward. But they do ask why you want to work for the company. Not sure what answer they are looking for but it hasn’t worked for me, even though I have a passion for mental health and the overall state of behavioral health services.
