J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Charlie Health (Austin, TX) en avr. 2023

Before any official interview, you get a quick phone screening call with a recruiter to ensure your experience and values align with that of the company. From there, there's about 2 rounds of interviews with upper management where you have to do a mock intake call for one. They provide the example form for you to use. If you are bilingual, this gets taken into consideration. I did not proceed with the full process, but it seems it is very thorough.
I’ve interviewed 3 times. I meet, even exceed all required job duties and I never make it past the recruiter. I receive an immediate denial each time.
Interview is very straight forward. But they do ask why you want to work for the company. Not sure what answer they are looking for but it hasn’t worked for me, even though I have a passion for mental health and the overall state of behavioral health services.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Charlie Health
Entretien
Recruiter interviewed me on Zoom and told me on the call that I made it to the next step in the hiring process. While waiting to set up a call, I get a standard rejection email from the recruiter. I replied, asking for feedback and never heard back. As someone who’s been a recruiter in the past, this is extremely rude and I wouldn’t interview here again.

Question 1
Tell me about your background.
They want to see if you have a sales background to *encourage* people to go into their IOP.

Entretien
Everything is online, which is understandable to an extent. No one was reachable by phone or text, only email. I had two interviews and they were one on one which is fine, but it seemed a bit scripted and not at all like a genuine interview.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a success story with a client. Tell me about a loss with a client or a hard case and how did you handle it? How would you handle a parent or other adult dominating an intake? Why do you want to do this job?
