Entretien
The interview process is long to say the least. From start to finish it has been five weeks of constant meetings, back-and-forth with the recruiter, and even a case study. Last week I was called by the recruiter to make sure that I aligned with everything that they were looking for in terms of pay, start date, and etc.
At the beginning in the first phone call I had with the recruiter I was told the role would pay a certain amount including bonus. The last call with the recruiter the salary was going to be $2,000 lower than I was previously advised. I asked her about possibly receiving more money especially because their PTO and health benefits are horrible! As soon as I did that her entire attitude completely changed and I knew at that point right there , I was not gonna be hired. She left me in limbo for a day or two because she was so-called sick and told me she couldn’t get me an answer. So a week later she finally wants to come back to me. She called me, and I missed her call and I called her back and she doesn’t answer and then texts me hours later saying how she’s sick and she would love to have a phone call with me the next day.
I told her I need to know an answer whether I got the job or I didn’t get the job. Must’ve made her upset and she finally responded back telling me that they decided to go with someone else. And let’s not talk about the fact that they ask you for your references before even offering you the job. My current boss told me just from the conversations that she had with the people in the company during the time of my references that Charlie Health seems to be a company full of micromanagers.
So all that time all that effort and I didn’t get hired because of the fact that I asked for more money. From the reviews and from everything I seen Charlie Health seems to be a company that does nothing but micromanaging and wants their employees to be completely miserable. Seeing this as a blessing in disguise that I did not get offered this job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions that any company would ask.
I enjoyed the actual interviews and getting to know people at Charlie Health. They had been raving about how good of a fit I would be but ultimately didn't give me the job because I had quit my previous job. The egged me on. I was transparent about why I quit my previous work environment after 3 years. Seems like a toxic work environment if they aren't going to hire me for walking away from previous toxic employment despite being overqualified and having all the skills required to successfully hold the position.
