      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Charlie Health

      Straight forward interview process - first was a call with the manager, second call as another call with the manager, then third round was an hour and a half long sourcing exercise with the manager, someone from bizops, and someone from clinical recruiting. Following the exercise I was quickly moved to references. All in all, I was bullish on the opportunity and mission/vision - where things went south was during references. The company asked for 3 references and I provided 4, which they spoke to all 4. I soon after discovered they had in addition reached out to at least 5 individuals in my network without my consent + continued to ask my references for even more names who would speak to my work. Some folks they reached out to I hadn’t worked with in years, and while they mentioned gladly being a reference, I would have much rather given them a heads up. I don't have enough words to express my disappointment in the Charlie Health team. The back-channeling went all the way up to their executive team and they dragged out the interview/reference process for almost a week while they reached out to 5+ former colleagues in addition to the 4 references I supplied. They “back channeled” exclusively with Talent Acquisition and People Ops professionals, all of whom were baffled by this practice. This is by far the worst candidate experience I've faced - and I ultimately withdrew before they let me know about an offer.
