Entretien
I was contacted by a recruiting manager on Indeed about the role. He first asked me why I was interested in the role, the most of the interview was him telling me about the position and company. Overall he just wanted to know what kind of roles I've recruited for and what my KPIs were.

Question 1
We expect recruiters to contact 300 people per month and make 1-3 offers each month. Have you had similar KPIs?
I was outreached for a Recruiter position. Then, the interview process was one of the most disappointing I’ve ever experienced.
It included a logic/IQ test, a case study that took several hours to complete, and a live presentation — totaling over 7 hours of unpaid labor. I was rejected with a cold, generic email sent on a Sunday. No feedback, no transparency, no regard for the time I invested.
The recruiter had very little experience and my final interviewer was someone from the people ops team (not even the hiring manager), who focused on nitpicky, irrelevant questions. One of the scheduled interviewers didn’t even show up. Honestly overall the process felt all over the place, disrespectful, and not aligned with the values they claim to represent.
Charlie Health expects far too much from candidates while offering little in return. If this is how they treat potential teammates, I’d be extremely cautious about how they operate internally.
