After submitting my resume to a current employee, I was contacted by Molly S. and we set up a phone interview/screen. It went well and then after some review, I was contacted for face to face interviews. I came in for the interviews and they all went pretty well. I did feel like every individual was very busy and a few seemed disinterested in doing the interview. The interviews weren't highly structured and many interviewers came across as rushed. They were very clear in letting me know that it was an entry level position and questioned me heavily about my ability to write and communicate professionally.
