Quite informal and unprofessional. Not hugely technical. Interview was over teams and the panel were clearly messaging each other during the interview as I could see them smiling etc! Came across as quite arrogant.
Thank you for your feedback on our interview process. I know the team try to create a relaxed and informal environment to ensure the candidate is comfortable, before moving to a more technical interview. I will pass your feedback on regarding any feeling of arrogance from the interviewers as this is something that is very much against our culture and ethos within the company. The interview process was a two stage process consisting of an informal interview with a director and team lead. The second stage was a technical interview with an in depth technical quiz, far above the role that I had applied for.
