A member of the Charles Schwab Talent Team reached out to me in mid January regarding an available position with their company. He found me via linked in and claimed that my skill set was a great fit. I spoke with him briefly then he passed me off to another person on his team. She was horrible. Never followed up or followed through with commitments. I emailed her 2 times and she finally responded and said she would get back to me in a few days. Of course, she never did.
