I received an employee referral from my wife, so I went online and submitted the application, after that it took a bit to get a call back but once I did we arranged for a phone interview, then they set up a virtual interview with a recruiter, after that I had 1 or 2 more virtual interviews and then I was offered a position as a Financial Service Personnel (FSP) at Charles Schwab.
