Initial communication was from the recruiter via email and confirmed our initial call a couple of weeks later. Which lasted about 45 mins. She shared a lot of details and asked a couple of questions, nothing too formal. I then was setup for an interview with the hiring manager. This interview lasted about 1 hr. I was asked a variety of questions and was asked to share some of my details in my previous experience. Heard back within a couple of days after that interview and received an offer.
