The interview process was ok for a big company that provides them selves on diversity, it did feel like a very diverse approach. I was not offered the job which is crazy because I have years of experience and my background fit. I get the vibe that they hire more men and also more so within. I have a friend who works in Fraud Operations in Colorado she said they have drug addicts working there but they wouldn't hire someone like me. What a shame!
