I applied online during the middle of the COVID crisis and received a reply from someone in HR around 2 weeks later. They mentioned that they had received my resume and wanted to know if I was still interested in the position. We scheduled a time for an initial interview, and this conversation took place around a week later. Basic behavioral type questions were asked, and they had me walk through my resume and past accomplishments. Overall the conversation lasted around an hour (which surprised me), but the representative from HR was super friendly and our conversation was great. I received a follow up phone call a few days later informing me that I had moved on to the next round of interviews. This process took around 2/3 weeks, but eventually I had a "zoom" style interview with my webcam and two of their "Team Members". This interview was much more in-depth. This conversation lasted around 75 minutes and it included a role playing exercise which I was told to prepare for beforehand. The two individuals interviewing me were very professional, but once again our conversation flowed naturally and I left the interview encouraged about the position as a whole. Once again behavioral style questions were asked, but I was required to be much more thorough with my answers. I received a call around 3 days later notifying me that I was being offered the position. Overall the process took around 5 weeks and was quite in depth, but everyone involved was super helpful.

The interview process consisted of an initial phone screening, a second phone interview, and then a Zoom interview. I completed my entire process within two weeks so it was very streamlined and expectations were clear.
