The overall process took a few months - I had multiple phone interviews, then multiple rounds of in person interviews. The questions were focused on experience, less so on technical skills, and were answered well using the STAR method.

there were 4 interviews. one phone screen, one with the hiring manager, one presenting a challenge project, and one with members of the team. they were personable and respectful. the challenge project was to develop a financial model for a specific portfolio. something any financial manager should be able to do.
