Applied online and was called within a couple of days. They really pushed to schedule the interview early in the morning (7:00AM) so I accepted. The interview was with 2 managers and was a scenario based interview as well as a lot of personal questions. Managers seemed really nice and the interview was a pretty good experience. The next day I received a call offering me the job contingent upon background screen. Background check took somewhere along the lines of 2 weeks.
