Three parts to the interview:
-Competency questions (STAR)
-Technical based questions, on job history and role
-Lab Practical, follow a straightforward protocol maintaining good safety and quality. Using correct pipettes, good dexterity

The interview process was quick and easy. The hiring team was diligent in following up and very respectful. Many interviewers wanted to go through my background and expertise, which is expected. I believe it took around three weeks from initial screening to offer.
