Interviewed by two senior management. The interview was conducted in a professional manner for approximately 1 hour. Interviewers were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed and fun. They asked about the skills that I may possess for the position and asked pretty standard interview questions to gauge whether I had the ability to work in a team.

The interview was held in two stages: 1) with the manager and 2) with the Department's Director, followed by a personality assessment. 1st stage interview was more to get to know you and your educational background, and experience. 2nd stage of the interview with the director was to get to know how you think in different situations, and you are the right person for this job. It would be more light-hearted and more like a friendly session.

Interview with line manager/team leader and main research leader as well as HR team. Everything in a very polite and understandable manner. Did not feel pressure or overstressed during the conversation.
