Interview was conducted by current project team member. There were 3 interviews-- 1st one was very basic and more of a get-to-know one but not by someone from HR. Second was from senior staff and it was just followed by the Principal of that department.

Applied in Oct and 1st Interview in Jan. Second round in Feb. Process was good. HR lets you know the results quickly. Process wan entirely Virtual. The primary interview was with associates, they asked questions related to resume and from the job description. The last one was with a Principal, more of a conversation type rather than an interview.
