Went through initial screening through recruiter, interviewed with all the leadership team , the engineering team members , founder, board of directors also did a systems design and review (which i thought was not necessary for this level to give take home assignments) . but did the take home anyway since i believed i could make a positive impact for the organization . Like what they do got ghosted after all those interview rounds and extra effort
