The hiring process was pretty thorough. It kicked off with a phone chat, followed by a hands-on assignment, and then three rounds of online interviews. I got to talk to my potential manager, the HR , and the VP of the function I am to be a part of. We mainly chatted about my previous experiences, why I was looking to switch jobs, my career aspirations, and how I could mesh with the company's goals. They also took a good look at the technical side of the task I did. Everyone was super prompt and polite in their communications, which made the whole experience feel more like we were figuring out if we were a good match for each other, rather than just a one-sided check.
