Interviewed in four phases:
• Initial screening with VP of Talent (Nick)
• Loose technical with software director
• Take-home assessment
• Technical with team lead (on-site)
Process was smooth; despite a couple of timing hiccups, the whole set of interviews comprised ~2 weeks total.
Very positive team! Everyone I spoke with seemed genuinely invested in the company and in the value of the role I was interviewing for.
Interviews were all very conversational and flowed well. The take-home was a fun, well-considered assignment that reflected the business needs for the role accurately.
Particular shout-out to Nick Flowers (VP of Talent); he was extremely positive and communicated tightly through the entire interview process. Ace recruiter.

Hard to pin down to a single question; interviews began with "tell me about yourself" and flowed about as naturally as you could hope for from there.
Interview process was very efficient. Enjoyed learning more about both the technical environment and role specifications along with team and product outlook. Was not one sided like interviews I've had in the past.

Entretien
Probably the easiest Interview I ever had. Hiring manager at that time just walked in and in 10 secs told me that I got the job and he would get with HR on salary requirements.
