The COO emailed me to send again my resume. 2 days after an interview was scheduled to their Soma's shop. I had a 5 minutes interview, I repeated exactly what was in my resume. The interviewer left me for 1 mn to ask to the kitchen staff what they think about my experience (!!) He came back and said: "Sorry, not enough experience, we're looking for a pastry lead". I called that discrimination based on age.
