I had a very good experience interviewing at Channel Factory. The first step was an interview with the hiring manager, the Associate Director of Product. The interview was well-structured and straight to the point. The hiring manager was very helpful and supportive, guiding me through each stage of the process. This was followed by an interview with two executives, then a case study as homework and then a final interview with the CPO. Everyone I spoke with had a friendly and professional attitude. The entire process took roughly three weeks and was worth it.

Absolutely chaotic interview process. Don't waste your time with this company. There is no process and no structure in this company. You'll get asked expected salary AFTER you do the take home assignment. They had no idea what the job title is supposed to be either. After months of interviewing, they'll still forget about who you are. Absolute joke.
