The first call was a culture fit call, during which I aligned with the company's values and expectations. Next, I talked with a Technical Engineer to discuss my previous experiences in more detail. I was then given an API-related challenge to complete at home. This project was created specifically for the interview. The challenge included existing code with issues to resolve and one feature to implement. After completing the challenge, I had another call to discuss the solution I came up with. The last interview was with the CEO and the Product Owner. It was the best interview process I've ever experienced. The people I talked to were friendly, and the process was very organized. Great company to work for.
