The Interview process was in 2 parts and quite challenging but they are happy to help you through it. The interviewers were lovely and made you feel at ease during the whole process.
A couple of general safeguarding questions, ask me about times i displayed certain values. For instance, tell us a time you put yourself first. It was a question I wasnt expecting so I had to think of a rough example to portray it.

Offered an interview but was immediately declined reasonable adjustments without even waiting to fully listen to what I may need and what could be done so I concluded this was not a company that was likely to be able to support my additional needs should I have been successful.
