There was typical recruiter screening conversation which quickly moved me forward to speaking with the hiring manager which was quickly followed by speaking with four current staff of whom I'd be interacting with.

After an almost 3 month interview process, not selected for the role. Phone interviews, zoom interviews, on site all took very long to schedule. Updates on the next steps were almost impossible to receive. My advice is.. if they drag their feet, just move on...
