      Terrible. The interviewer asserted they had knowledge of legal issues despite the lack of a law license. CZI’s website is very misleading. It mostly discusses the hodgepodge philanthropic efforts 2015-2022. Note that one CZI project had a community engagement board, which CZI terminated. CZI lacks basic honesty and transparency - CZI reflects how its founders are out of touch with reality. CZI’s focus has shifted significantly since its inception. The current goal is to end all disease by the end of the century. So CZI has made billions from everyday people and is taking that $$, not to benefit people of today, but humanity a few generations from now. CZI has turned its back on the very Facebook users who provided the funds to create CZI in the first place. CZI also expects absolute secrecy from its employees (that actually is on their website). Employers who have ridiculous privacy and secrecy expectations are sometimes violating basic employment and free speech laws. I’m not sure how CZI lawyers take themselves seriously when their employer acts as if it is above the law.

Our interviewers are trained to assess a candidate's fit and knowledge of the field, but they are not expected to act as legal counsel.
