A phone call with the cofounder then a zoom interview with the cofounders and managers. The cofounder was great with scheduling and communicated well until after the interview. The team asked great questions during the interview and provided insight on what the job would entail. They have awesome clients and you can tell they’re proud of the work they do. Chamoy seems like a very innovative company that will continue to grow and change the industry. It was disappointing when they didn’t follow through on the communication expectations they set especially after a great start to the process.
