The Talent Acquisition Specialist scheduled an appointment with me within a week from the day I applied. The conversation was friendly, straightforward, and informative. The gentleman ( I'm not sure if I can share his name) explained what they are looking for and the requirements for the position. He also asked me a few questions about the professional situations and my solutions. At the end of the conversation, he asked me if we could move forward with the process, to which I agreed, and he explained my next step. Eventually, I received an email and was able to schedule a meeting with the Associate Dean of Faculty. The lady was charming and knowledgeable. She asked me a few questions related to the positions and told me what she was looking for. The interview went well. Overall the process is very organized and structured. I would recommend, of course, being prepared for the interview but also being positive, friendly, and helpful.

The interview was easy to set up and went smoothly via Zoom. The Program Director was very knowledgeable about the organizational needs of the program and flexible with my schedule.
