The interview process is great. It incorporates different assessments at different stages that leaves you with so much to learn even if you do not make it in. However, this was specifically for the Youth to Work Program that was done in parts of Africa including Zambia, Uganda, and Ghana.

Short , even though the interview was only lasting 5 minutes they made sure you're comfortable with all the interviewers and made you feel welcomed, one negative thing is left you feeling like theres more to be desired.
