J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chainguard en juil. 2024
Entretien
I went through a few rounds of interviews. All rounds felt friendly and professional besides the last one. The 4 other employees I talked to had given a thumbs up to my candidacy and seemed like real high-achievers. The last interviewer was overly selective despite this (did not want to learn about my experience, qualifications, or traits). The interviewer stopped asking questions 10-min into a 30-min interview.
This 1st-hand experience confirms what I've heard through the grapevine: despite (or maybe because of) their killer technology and potential TAM, some employees are cocky. I feel like I've dodged a bullet after this interview.

You first meet with a recruiter and then go to a C-Suite VP) and then a panel interview with the direct team. Its formal in process. They only give you 30 minutes and they all ran late to the meeting and I felt rushed and they were exhausted with the interview process for the candidate. I did not feel appreciated and rushed on time. This is not a good company with culture
