I was contacted through LinkedIn In Mail by a recruiter. She was super nice and shared a very clear JD. Then I had an interview with her via zoom (which is not very common for that early stage of a process). I only had that interview with her and about a week later she called me on the phone and told me that the search was paused due to changes in the role needed. Because of that experience I got the impression that they have a very human centered and friendly/empathetic recruiting process (particularly in a moment where ghosting is a more standard practice). Great candidate experience!
