As per my experience, Interview process was not in a professional manner. I understand that interviewer is experienced, talented and knowledgeable but there should be some respect towards the candidate in the interview process There Should be some decency maintained by the interviewer Picking phone calls during the interview, Improper facial expressions and Body movements put the candidate in very bad place.
