Applied for Admissions Coordinator position, within 2 weeks my references were receiving phone calls. I received one initial phone interview, within one week I received a request for an in-person interview. The day of the interview I was taken on a campus tour, introduced to the Admissions Team, and then went in for a panel interview with 4 employees from various departments. Each person asked a question, requesting examples from past experiences. Focused a great deal on teamwork, multi-tasking and customer service. The panel interview took just over an hour; the overall meeting was closer to 4 hours.
