Entretien
The interview process was straightforward and seamless. The online interview itself lasted about 20 minutes, and the team promptly sent a link for an assessment afterward. The assessment took around 40 minutes to complete, with each question being timed—some questions felt difficult to answer within the short time frame. There were quite a bit of calculations involved too.
However, I found that the position’s actual responsibilities were more customer service-oriented than I had anticipated.
The role primarily involves managing a high volume of emails, with expectations to handle around 150-200 inquiries daily. While there is potential to transition into an e-commerce assistant role after a year, the initial focus is heavily on customer service.
